Are you ready to hear the recipe for an AMAZING breakfast?! Ok maybe it’s not a recipe but I still wanted to quickly share how I make my favorite avocado toast! I’ve tried many different ways to make it, and this one is my favorite!! It is a great healthy breakfast or snack.
First I mash either half an avocado or a whole depending on the size of it. I add a little bit of olive oil, sea salt, ground black pepper, and crushed red pepper. Mix it all together then spread it on a peice of toasted wheat bread! And enjoy!
I don’t really measure it out, I just eye ball it haha!
