Double Chocolate Muffins


  • 1/2 cup of softened butter
  • 3/4 cup of sugar
  • 1/2 cup of brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2/3 cup sour cream
  • 5 tbsp milk
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda 
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa 
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chip

1. Preheat the oven to 375 F. Place 12 baking cups in a muffin pan. 

2. Put the butter, sugar, and brown sugar into a bowl and beat well. Beat in the eggs, sour cream, and milk until throughly mixed. Then put the flour, baking soda, and cocoa into the mixture. Add the chocolate chips and mix well. 

3. Spoon the batter into the baking cups. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes. 

Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes. Then put on plate and enjoy!
